A Dress To Fall In Love In

This is one of my favorite dresses. When I first saw it on the racks of TJ Maxx, I knew immediately that this was one of those can’t-live-without pieces of clothing. I think the layered skirt of the dress and the butterfly patterns just make for one of the most perfect looking dresses. It also kind of reminds me of something old-country Taylor Swift would have worn. Like it’s one of those dresses a girl would wear to fall in love during a summer fling.

I am also pleased to announce that for the first time in forever (did anyone else sing that part like the song from Tangled?), I actually bought myself some jewelry. So much of my jewelry was bought when I was still in middle school or even elementary school that I felt like I needed an update. I’ve had this huge gift card from Forever21 for ages and I finally used it up to buy some jewelry (including this ear cuff), a floppy sun hat, and this pretty dress-skort-romper. I can’t wait to see them when they arrive!:)
