Hello! My name is Olivia and I am an 18 year old, currently in my senior year of high school. Throughout most of my life, fashion has been a way for me to express myself and stand out in the crowd- which is a little hard when you’re 4’11. It has given me the confidence I need to be able to stand taller among the people around me. Through my love of clothes, I have realized that I don’t need to be tall to be great and big things really do come in small packages.
Some day, I hope to be a part of the fashion industry to help girls and women understand what I have learned- you can be amazing at any shape or size! I created this blog- Her Name Was Celebration- to hopefully help me get a foot in that door. The blog name was inspired by my Chinese name, Quing Zhu, which means celebration. While this blog is a way for me to share my passion for fashion with fellow fashionistas, it is also a reminder that life is a celebration and to live it to the fullest!
